Spencer Joseph is an Integrative Therapist working in Central London. Since 1990 Spencer has studied many different systems of health and well being including Integrative Counselling, Hypnotherapy, Chinese and Tibetan medicine, Sports Therapy, Nutrition, Meditation, Martial Arts and Yoga. He holds many recognised, professional therapy qualifications as well as a BA (Hons) degree in philosophy from King's College (University of London) and is a member of the following organisations, all of which require full professional qualifications and insurance:

Spencer has gained extensive experience working at several well known clinics in Central London and this has led to the development of his own approach to integrated medicine, creating a synthesis of Eastern and Western knowledge. He is also a specialist mental health mentor at University of The Arts London (UAL), group facilitator, meditation teacher and consultant in the field of stress management and creative performance. He has a longstanding interest in the practices of spiritual and shamanic traditions, in particular the Hebrew Qabbalah and the Yungdrung Bon tradition of Central Asia & Tibet.
In addition, Spencer is a published songwriter and producer who has worked with some of The UK's leading soul singers. He has also worked as a journalist for BBC Radio. Spencer lives in London with his wife and 2 children, and continues to develop his knowledge of the mind, body and spirit.

Dr Sharma’s techniques of diagnosis and treatment are a unique blend emergent from his broad knowledge of diagnostic systems and Complementary therapies.
He is Secretary to The British Society of Ecological Medicine. He is a Member of the Faculty of Homeopathy and is a Peer Review Board Member for the London Anti-Ageing conferences held each year. Dr Sharma has been the Medical Director of The Diagnostic Clinic and The Hale Clinic, London.
