Integrative Counselling

Integrative counselling draws from a wide range of counselling approaches in order to achieve benefits for each individual and their individual requirements. 

Integrative counselling maintains the idea that there are many different ways in which psychological and emotional issues can be explored and understood. All recognised schools of psychology are considered to have valuable insights which can be used appropriately according to the needs of the individual. 

The integrative approach explores physiological, psychological, emotional and spiritual issues. 

I have a particular interest in the synthesis of several approaches including mindfulness, ACT, humanistic psychology and CBT.
