Spencer Joseph

Spencer Joseph is an Integrative Therapist working in Central London. Since 1990 Spencer has studied many different systems of health and well being including Chinese medicine, Western physical therapy, Nutrition, Hypnotherapy and Integrative Counselling. He holds recognised, professional therapy qualifications as well as BA Hons degree in philosophy, and is a member of the following organisations, all of which require professional qualifications and insurance:

The UK Association of Humanistic Psychology Practitioners
The Zen Shiatsu Society

Spencer has gained extensive experience working at several well known clinics in Central London and this has led to the development of his own approach to integrated medicine, creating a synthesis of Eastern and Western knowledge. He is also a group facilitator and meditation teacher, and has worked as a personal development consultant in several inner London secondary schools helping teenagers to improve performance and cope with stress and anxiety.

Spencer lives in London with his wife and son, and continues to develop his knowledge of the mind, body and spirit.


Associates

Dr. Peter Gruenewald, MD

Dr. Peter Gruenewald is an integrated physician (anthroposphic medicine) and registered GP working in the NHS and in private practice in Central London. He trained in Austria and Germany. He has particular experience in emotional health, stress related conditions, and in the prevention and treatment of burnout. Dr Guenewald’s HeartSpheres approach to managing stress and developing resilience is an integrated approach, based on scientific research in medicine and psychology. It is based on Heart Rate Variability training and emotional management, drawing on the health creating connection between brain, heart and the autonomic nervous system.

Dr. Gruenewald provides diagnosis, coaching/training and treatment. He also runs trainings in resilience, stress and performance management within leadership courses for clients in the UK and Germany, such as business schools, as well as clients in the field of corporate business, education and health. Dr. Gruenewald is the author of the book “The Quiet Heart. Putting Stress in its Place."
 

Jacqueline Wildish
Dip BCNH MBANT BA
 
Jacqueline is an experienced nutritional therapist who has worked in South Africa and The UK. She studied at the respected British College of Nutrition and Health where she graduated with distinction and she is an active member of the British Association for Nutritional Therapy. Jacqueline ran a successful practice in South Africa and was a featured writer for the South African Journal of Natural Medicine. She now lives and works in London and has specialist interest in chronic fatigue, stress management, hormone related conditions and IBS.
